Sin in the Orphanage
António Eco
In the post-Spanish civil war (1936-1939), a worrying amount of children were orphaned. The society and Institutions was organized to provide the support as possible. The history that is treated by the author circumscribes true stories, of the integration in society of citizens and of the experiences that are characteristic of a country in reconstruction, where the values can be confused with the satisfaction of pressing needs. Above all, a population output of the suffering of a war between brothers, of the most bloody that there is memory in recent history.
